EcoDog Treats was established in 2007 by teen entrepreneur, Amanda Loyola, during a Goldman Sachs Business Plan Class and Competition. After winning 1st place, Loyola received enough capital investment to launch her business that summer. Since, she won 1st place in the New York Regional Competition and 3rd place in the Oppenheimer Funds National Entrepreneurship Challenge.


Amanda Loyola is a high school senior at the Horace Mann School and lives in Manhattan with her parents, Cesar and Iona.
